Anne

The MEMBERS logo is no longer issued which applied to each member year.

An agreement with FPAR means we call HHA subscribers rather than "members" so the logo (downloadable from the "members" area) is general and does not state and year or title member.

When approaching heirs state your HHA connection and give the email support@hha-uk.com should they want verification. we cannot offer a telephone service for this due to the international reach.

So does that mean we cannot use the logo at all now?
that is a shame as it looked official on paperwork

HHA can be used freely the point is it does not say MEMBER or be dated, so if you print cards and stationary it will not date.

|Many heirs contact us for verification even where they carry a logo

a simple web site helps - people are suspicious of approaches from people using FREE email addresses, mobile phones and give a trading name only

Get to know your clients , be friendly, be professional - it pays dividends
